Fall Items
We added some dishes to the menu this week that seemed to have had a good response. Seared Tuna over Chipollte Potato Salad with Hoison Glaze. Our Southern Sushi! Quail marinated in Mirin with Brie mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce and Balsamic Glaze. Confit Octopus Salad with Paprika & Garlic. Smoked Salmon Ceviche with Wonton Crisps. All and All, some very good additions. We will be playing around with some entrees this week. So stay tuned.
