Gardens and plants
I'm afraid that everything in my yard is dead. I know this has nothing to do with the restaurant or food but...I need your help. I trimmed back all the grasses in my yard this weekend and started weeding the beds. Unfortunately, after the frost early in the season and then the drought, most of my plants didn't do to well. Being from Miami, I've been trying to make my yard look like the one back home. It's not working. I've decided to stop trying to grow plants that I wish would grow and start growing plants indigenous to the area. The problem is I don't know what grows here. I've gone to the library to find books specifically for Tennessee gardens to no avail. HELP! If anyone can send me suggestions for books that could possibly help me that would be great. My pathetic yard is depending on you.
